Project Description:

Dallas CASA had more then outgrown their existing facility. Volunteers were placed where ever they could find a place. It was time for a new building! The planning and design was to build larger than what they required so that they could grow into their new home and not have this situation happen again. The office building is a 25,000 SF space with many small conference rooms and a large conference room for their board meetings, large open bullpen areas, a large divideable training room, and a beautiful breakroom with a balcony that looks out onto the Dallas Downtown skyline.
